Spring 2026 Kit

Welcome the gentle arrival of spring with a limited-edition kit by two Bay Area makers: Peninsula Yarn and Life Is Cozy. This collaboration brings together two luminous yarns, two graceful designs, and thoughtfully curated notions for a truly delightful making experience.

The kit features two patterns by Ksenia Naidyon of Life Is Cozy:

• Vesna Tee — a light and fresh knit featuring vertical stripes and airy lace, with 13 chest circumferences and 6 length options for a personalized fit.
• Vesna Mini Scarf — a versatile accessory designed to complement the tee or stand beautifully on its own, perfect for transitional weather.

At the heart of the kit are two exclusive yarns from Lynn of Peninsula Yarn, enough to knit both patterns in most sizes:

• Rainbow Suri Fluff in Naked, 2 skeins — a magical suri blend with iridescent sparkle, this yarn has a soft halo and luminous depth.  This version of Suri Fluff will only be offered in this kit.
• Merino Silk Fingering in Peony, 1 skein — this refined yarn, hand-dyed in a colorway inspired by spring flowers, offers beautiful stitch definition and a gentle sheen.

We've included a curated collection of notions to the kit  — everything needed for both patterns: a retractable tape measure, foldable gold scissors, floral needle point protectors, a set of bulb pins in their own container, and a tapestry needle; all tucked into a charming zipper pouch.

To continue our tradition, each kit features a special stitch marker handmade by Ksenia. A pink cat’s eye stone and a natural freshwater pearl are paired into a small talisman symbolizing lightness, happiness, and new beginnings to match the spirit of the season.
