Welcome to the Peninsula!
The Peninsula is in the Bay Area of California, and stretches between south of San Francisco, and north of San Jose. The Peninsula has the blend of the gray fog of San Francisco, the rocky, wind-swept coastline of the Pacific Ocean, and rolling golden hills dotted with oak trees in between.

A little about me - I’ve been knitting off and on since the 00’s. In 2018, after leaving a corporate job and raising our son to elementary school age, I picked up knitting again, and it became a true passion. A few years ago, tendonitis forced me to take a long break from the needles. I turned to yarn-dyeing as a way to still play with fiber and color….and this new hobby became another new passion. I am California based - and after my studies and work led me around the world, I’m so happy to be back in my home town in the Bay Area on the Peninsula. The beauty of the northern California landscape provides constant inspiration for my yarn.

After growing up in Arkansas, I now live in Ann Arbor, Michigan as I pursue my studies at University of Michigan's Ross School of Business. I picked up knitting under my aunt Lynn's guidance in 2019. Since then, I've had at least one or two (or more) works in progress going, and an ever growing yarn stash. Amidst studying and finding time to knit, I'm helping out with marketing and web-design in my spare hours.
